Bones ache

No more hydrocodone and my bones ache. The things is, I've had this my whole life. One of the reasons I was seeking vicodin in the first place. I would lay down to sleep and my legs would ache so bad I couldn't sleep. Now they ache again, but worse.

Any suggestions.

I have never had an addition of any sort, especially to pain killers. When I lay down to sleep my upper arms ache so much I almost cry. Im a 41 yr. old man and it takes a lot to make me cry. i had my ankle shattered and tears were no where in sight, but when my bones ache, I almost want to give up! Ive told my Dr. about this and he blames it on not enough excersize. I work construction, what more do I need for excersize? Thanks for your time. I know everyone wants to blame it on your past. Screw them. Good luck finding a Dr. that will listen long enough to correctly diagnose you and not put the blame on you.

Hey Deez,

I read that with addiction, your body can CREATE pain to help further your cravings.  Stick with it.

stick with the detox, hot baths, lots of them. you will get comfortable eventually, but it takes time.
