day 4 at sunrise

woke up early again,do have headache and lil shaky,,but im waiting for something to happen...i kinda feel ok...i know its not this easy...ive been on thomas recipe and eatn healthy,drinking lots gatoraid and cranberry juice..even worked out last night.yesterday wasnt fun,today doesnt feel like yesterday..will see when sun rises..hope everyone has great day..thanx medhelp letter people..
