Congrats on day 4 and great job! the best thing I did for myself was get out and exercise Walking helps ssssoooooo much! it got my blood moving building up those endorphins just smelling the outside and enjoying the sun did alot for my Mind. In the next day or two or three you will feel better and the mental part sets in you have been dealing with the physical part now mental just exercise and keep yourself busy!
Keep on pushing through that light at end of tunnel gets so much bigger and brighter! Congrats to you on taking your life back! it just gets better and better ***EXERCISE***
YAY!!! Yes, day 4 is much better than day 3......Hold steady, Days will just get better and better. Your doing great. Get out and walk or do mild exercise if you can, that will speed your healing. I'll be looking for you 10 day post!
