Vitc 1000mg/day,vitb12 methycobalamin 1000mg/day under the tongue,Bvitamins with zinc and minerals 1 daily,omega3,2 daily,coenzyme Q10 200mg or 100mg/day,Vit D3 2000U/day.
I took tylenol extra strength every 4 hoursmax 4000mg/day for rebound pain,alternating with ibuprofen 800mg/every 6 hours.max 2400mg/day.
To help me sleep through the first few Nyquil without the decongestant.
None of these thing require a Rx
hubby needs to quit so I think I will follow this and the excerise part... I am glad I found this for the pain killers are killing our bank account and his spirit.
