You really need to share more of yourself -- how much are you taking and what exactly? There is a lot of help and encouragement on this site --- Please use it. How long did you take these meds? The first step in getting help is to admit that you may have a problem -- - then decide how you are going to deal with it. All the best.
A bit vague....are u addicted to all of those? the narcotics can be quit in a number of ways..then benzos must be tapered...there is alot of great info in the health pages...skim thru there..read the thomas recipe and keep posting
