down to 1 norco... taper.. what can replace norcos for pain please?

I can't take asperin as I have trouble with my stomach... As far as I know, tylenol, is the only pain pill I can take without stomach upsets... very bad.. I don't want to upset my ulsers... so , I need to find some pain medication to replace the norcos.. I am down to 1 norco a day.. finally!!  I could probably just stop taking them now if there were something easy on the stomach for pain... that is not addicting or harmful to the body... anybody know????

I take ibuprofen (advil, motrin, etc), but take it with food.  It tends to upset my stomach too, but if I munch on something first, it's fine.  Just my experience.

I heard that tylenol are killing people... so, I am scared of it.. In fact, that is the reason I started taking norco as opposed to Vicodin 10- 750s... the 750 is the tylenol content.. the 10 is the hydrocodone.. so, with the norcos I am only getting 325 mg of tylenol.

Have you tried Advil or Aleve?

Not sure what your pain issues are but I DO KNOW that when I quit taking my 8-10 Norco a day..
the longer I DIDN'T take them.. the more tolerable my pain got...

Hope this helps..
