first day cold turkey......
i actually think i'm going to make it! as the day wore on ,i found i felt better and it was managble.i don't feel near as bad as i did this morning.i think the anxiety from worrying about how i was going to feel made it worse.i can do this and i'm gonna be ok..............not going to let it get to me,just roll with it!!!!!!!!!!!!
