7 days 4hrs

today is day 7 as of 6am, I did have a 4mg(if that) on fri but didnt notice it. I still felt like **** so I CHOOSE to dismiss that little slip lol. Any ways last night i got 7 pretty good hrs of sleep for the 1st time in a week, and methadone is out of my life forever. My next goal...............well that will be tomm day 8. thanks all!!

Day 10, 4 hours.
I am working on day 11 today, and my biggest complaints all along have been no sleep and back spasms, (along with my patented gut problem).
Coming down off of 15 Hydros (10-325) a day.
This was a tough almost 2 weeks for me.
