I was wondering,,,thanks..
It's "Restful Legs" for the rls. They do have one for cramps also which is called "Highlands Leg Cramps". Not sure what the difference is.
Is it called Hylands "Restful Legs" or Hylands "Leg Cramps"?? Because when I asked at the drive-thru of the pharmacy if they had any, they came back with the label saying "Leg Cramps"..
I got the Hylands from Walgreens..it comes in a little bitty bottle, so you may have to ask the pharamcy where they stock it...it is normally near the sleeping aids.
Where can I find Hylands Restful Legs??
thanks so much everyone--i can tell i can come here for support when i need it
I am glad you found this forum. Welcome, you will find alot of support here. If you took your last dose on suday night then you are working on day two. It sounds like your dose was fairly low, so there you are fortunute. IThe hardest withdrawls are in the first few days.(4-5). After that they should start to lessen. Go to the top right hand side of this page to the health pages. You can find the Thomas Recipe. It has helped alot of people get through withdrawls. And keep posting your progress.
Hi~ It wasn't a huge dose but you took it for a long time. So,it will take a least a week to get passed all the symptoms.
Sleep and energy take a while to come back. Could be a month or so with improvement every day.
You need to drink a lot of fluids, eat well, take vitamins and minerals and get some exercise!!
For restlessness get some Hylands Restful Legs. Take four at once.
Get some OTC sleep meds.
Get a cal/mag supplement and take daily.
Immodium is a huge help. :)
If you have pills in the house, you should get rid of them. They'll call your name...
Read other posts here and read the health pages, upper right of this page...
Keep posting~
