good for you.i am proud of you as you should be of yourself..keep on keeping on. press on. that is the key. life is getting better everyday and will continue to get better. your body is still cleansing itself and will take time. have you started to exercise yet? day by day, is how the battle is won, step by step, recovery is a marathon not a sprint. i pray you have a great day.
blessings to you

I have been walking when I can. It has been either raining or cold here so its hard to get out of the house. I have a bulging disc in the L5 S1 and when it rains or gets cold it hurts so I try to stay inside to help with the pain. There is one thing that has changed and I cant figure it out. My feet are staying like ice I have checked the pulse in them to make sure it isnt circulation issues. I dont know what to do about them but it gets tireing some times. Thanks
A lot of members talk about cold feet during withdrawal - I had that too as well. It's a weird symptom, not sure why we experience it. Maybe something to do with our central nervous system adjusting itself and its affect on our circulation. Not sure - but stay strong and keep going! :) p.s. a heating pad works wonders for those cold feet!
