Agree with T2112, I drink about 4 of those a day too, and I really think it helps with fog (in addition to B vitamins, , Rhodiola, fish oil and 5htp). Think the electrolytes and vitamins help flush your system and replace fluid lost from the runs...which are persistent for me anyway (was a heavy Tram user and on day 33). My fog has lifted for the most part, but I still have issues with short-term memory and some generalized problem-solving stuff..but that is also coming back slowly!! I have been taking the Vitamin Water Zero to avoid extra calories..but Kroger also makes a cheaper in-house brand of vitamin water that is good.
What seems to be helping me with the Fog issue is drinking (4) 20oz Vitamin Waters per day. The "Power-C" and "Defence" has vitamins B5, B6, B12 and C. Maybe it's all in my head - but that's where the fog is. For what it's worth.
nbhope you are spot on. B12 is essential for brain function and your nervous system. Hard to get as a vegetarian without using a supplement. As you said , it's like night and day once you get it flowing in your system. Great point!!!!
The fog will lift soon. I would throw in a B-6 too. I take both of them and have since i cleaned up. Hang in there, you are doing great!
