music is playing a big part in my day to day (hour to hour sometimes) i can spend hours in front of my itunes library, i spent a few days downloading songs that i thought i might be in the mood to hear thru the detox, it helps alot. i'm a huge, huge fan of almost any music, i normally turn toward rock or metal, i've been listening to more blues this week. janis joplin has been on the ipod all week.

I thought it was only me but I guess I'm not alone. Only thing with me is Im a huge METALHEAD and I listen to the craziest metal thats out there. But music has definately helped me a ton. I guess at this point it doesnt matter what you listen to but if it makes you feel better.............GO WITH IT.  I see your song request, So I have one for all the matalheads out there..........go play ANY METALLICA song and you'll immediately feel better!
