Have you seen the Thomas Recipe at the bottom of the page?  This recipe tells you what to have on hand to help with the WD symptoms.  Make sure you are hydrating, taking vitamins and supplements, Imodium for diarrhea, hot Epsom baths to help with the restless legs/creepy crawlys as well as mental stress.  Distract the brain - big time.  Listen to music, watch funny movies, post on here, read.  If you are able to exercise, try.  Take a walk in the yard or down the block.  Just know you are not alone.  We have all been there.  I am nothing special and if I can do it, so can you. You WILL get thru the physical WD's. You deserve a life without pill counting, without planning your day around when you can take the next Norco. You will be so happy and PROUD when you get thru today, then tomorrow, then the next.  I promise you will never regret the decision to quit. Best of luck and keep posting!
