old habits are hard to break

day 6, back to work. right abotu now i would take a 10 just to start concentrating and working. of coiursei am stupid and thought that since the physical wd is kind of over, it would be a little easier today. NOT. i gave myself labor day weekend to get thru the worst hoping that i wouldnt get fired for not being able to function. any suggestions???!!? please help once again. you guys got me this far....

I have to agree with starfish, find someone with a sense of humor...it always seems to get me feeling a lot better. In fact last week I relapse and my co-worker was the one who snapped my out of my funk, even though she didn't even realize it. If you are a good worker, your boss will know that and kind of leave you alone...mine did :-) I'm back to normal...and you will be okay too. Just keep it up, and you are right physical W/D are the easy part...the pyschological part is really, really tough. If you need to talk feel free to PM me.

This too shall pass.  Keep on keeing on, it does bet better.  Just the fact alone that you are at work is great.  Don't look back it robs you of a future.  You can do this, keep posting it helps.  Get around someone who will make you laugh.  Get up and do something physical it helps.  God Bless you and hold You in His Mighty Hands!
