day 4 of c/t was doing 7 10/300 a day all in the morning at one time . i am struggling extremly trying to cope. only thinking bad thoughts. normally a happy go lucky type guy.maybe need a word of encourgement, no maybes about it thanks

I'm glad to hear that you have such a positive attitude. My detox was hell on earth, as you're probably finding, but I saw it as a blessing...I never want to go through that again, hands down. If it was too easy who knows.
You are fast approaching the day when you WILL feel a little better. Again, eat if you're not. And be proud of what you're doing and what you've accomplished so far.  Great job.

i read alot of your posts on here kyle, you have given me strength to even try to begin the healing process. i tried once before , but this time i cut all souces as you have suggested several times. i know that it can be done because of you and others who have done it. thanks  you folks are life savers

thank you for the words. ive hidden this from anyone who knows me for about 5 years. i have alot to live for but i cant seem to find the reasons today.thank you kind sir for your reply

Welcome...I used the same, same amount for over two years. I've been using for over 15 years.
Day 4 is very hard, but you should start feeling better very soon. At the end of day 4 I started eating again, and on day 5 the fog seemed to lift. If you can, keep your body nourished. If you can't eat, try drinking Ensure, but as soon as you can, eat lots of healthy food. You've been through hell and you need to keep fueled up.

You have great strength and that was a high dose at one time. lucky your heart did not stop! Hang in there as the worst is behind you. Whats important is that you know the feeling and have faced the beast head on. If you get weak use the magic that is hidden just behind  your Soul, its near to the left near the bottom side!!
