You are doing great. It gets better each day. I am on day 7. Still not feeling great, but definitely better! I think Day 3 is the worst. Hang in there! I am going to try melatonin tonight to get some sleep
Great job, I can't really help you, I'm on day 5 and still having w/d but they are getting better.

Great job getting to day 3. For me - w/d was hardest for the first week - like I had a really bad flu. Advil helped with the body aches. Warm baths or showers help too. I'm still struggling with the mental part - but I'm 14 days clean and feel much better phsyically. Stick with it and be proud of yourself for every hour you get through.
no one answered you? Wow! everyone is differn't but you should be feeling better by day 6 or eight physically and mentally it will take longer. You are going threw the hardest part now but drink lots of fluids and ensure if you can't keep food down.
