Have to say yesterday evening I got pretty sad, new day today and still awful heartburn, anyone know how long this lasts, I know it is not depression because I have been off the pills almost 4 months , any help with the heartburn and yes I am on prescribed meds for acid reflux

KAYDEE YAY!!! Day 8 is fantastic. All I can say about my heartburn was it was related to gas (tmi I know). If I didn't move enough in those first few days, Id get chest pains. The more you can move the better. That diet Ms. Waismann suggested sounds like it would most certainly help. Keep going!

I'm sorry about the heartburn, I never had that! My mother suffers from bad heartburn and she is on RX meds also! One thing the Doctor told her was to sleep with her head raised! She actually put a 2X4 under the bed post to raise the head of the bed! She thinks this helps!

Your emotions will be all over the place for a while! Mine still are! It's really good to let them surface! Cry, if you feel like it! Get mad! This is a good thing to get your emotions out!

It could be some damage some to your GI that will require follow up with a specialist , special diet ( no sodas, chocolate, wine , cigarettes and acid foods)
