replacing norco with tylenol

Well, it's 8:30pm and so far I have only taken 1/3 of a norco. I went and got every kind of tylenol you can think of and am replacing the urge to take the norco with the tylenol.. Trying to trick my body.. I guess.. but, it seems to be working.. the urge to take that pill...  or tiny piece of a pill anyway...

Thank you... yes, the tylenol made me sick... I only took two... or maybe it's more withdrawals... I just dont' see how I could still be going through withdrawal.. lately, I've only been taking just over one norco a day...anyway, thank you

Thank you Lee... I will keep that in mind... I got every kind of tylenol there is ... pm.. regular strength... extra strength.. I only took them twice today... but, I know they are not good from me.. but, I was in a lot of pain.. I took less than one norco today and am proud of that.. Anyway, running on here... But, thank you Lee, it's good to be reminded of the danger of tylenol...

2 grams (2000mg.) in 24 hrs

if more is consumed you run the risk of liver damage.

tyenol may not be the best replacement..cos if u abused hydros u were possibly taking too much tylenol at that time as almost all hydros contain tylenol...some addiction drs do say taking small amounts of tylenol can help wds

I agree/for me replacing a pill with a "pill" worked//but I used the amino acids from the thomas recipe found in the health pages..each amino has a different action..ie for nrg i took tyrosine

1/3 of a pill today is great!   keep us posted

hmmm....just be carefull not to take to much tyln, I am sure its much better than takin those other things anyhow!
