It does pass..I used to use the magnz, cal, and ds and added a Melatonin now and then..Now I sleep to much.It did take me months to get there..But you will bounce back a lot quicker..I came off of 3 meds c/t and I am no spring chic..I was told in my early days not to fight it..Just ride the wave this too shall pass..OK You are doing a great Job...
Have you tried magnesium? My doc suggested 1000mg before bed; that did seem to help with sleep and the restless feeling. Also potassium helps, I eat a banana (still) every night before bed. A hot/warm tub soak before bed helped me a lot too; I lit some candles and played some soothing music. I also still drink the "sleepytime teas"; they seem to help also. Unfortunately sleep is a bit hard to come by for the first few weeks for lots of people. Nap (when you can) for now; it will get better.....hang in there :))
Have you tried anything over the counter to help you sleep? I had to, when I came off fentanyl.
