hey girlee ...hey just hang in there I just finished a 8 1/2 mo methadone taper
and had withdrawal symptoms wile I was tapering also...you just got to be
"ok without being ok" for a wile...remember it is only temporary....use your
symptoms to strengthen your resolve to quit....I use to say to myself...
nothing is going to have this control on me anny more and it would help
out with the mental part emenecly ...your mind can be your bigest asset
or your worst enemy ..its a choice you have to make ..go into this with
a win win attitude and you can come out strong....tapering is tuff your body/mind
will fight you and you have to fight back ...it is doable...I kicked a 10+yr pill
habit and 6 1/2 yrs of methadone if I can do it any one can..you can do it to

The shower and food helped some. Thank you both for your support this morning. I'm biting or cutting what I think is 1mg off. I wonder if I would feel the same if I did ct? I'm not feeling to bad but then I'm not feelin great either so I'm wondering how bad it could be? I don't like to admit it but I did use methamphetamines when I was in high school and coming down of those ct is similar to this. I haven't done that stuff for 10 yrs. But if the wd are so similar I've done ct n it involved being sick n forcing down food fot two days n day three wasn't to bad. Does anyone know?
So u r tapering? Congrats for stickin to it! takes alot of discipline and i was no good at it...i finally flushed and went ct..to get it over with
ur dose was 20 mgs a day? u can do this..if in fact this was ur total daily dose u could CT if the tapering becomes too difficult..how can u take 4 mgs of hydro? just curious? is it liguid hydro?
Just know this will pass...posting often can help so much...lots of support here..many who have done what u r trying to do and can feel ur pains...keep posting
Just try to remember that THIS TOO SHALL PASS...I know it's hard right now..but you will be OKAY....SOON.....
I'm glad that you are trying to WORK thru this feeling... (i.e. getting up to eat, shower and go to work)... Hopefully just doing these things will ease some of your w/d symtoms for now....
