Thank u I appreciate you're kind words good luck to u aswell:-)
I totally agree with Bkitty...stay away from reading too much on the internet! I convince myself I have every medical condition known when I read too much.
Sounds like everything is under control with your doctors and you're getting the proper medical care.
Try not to worry....and congrats!
Congrats on your miracle baby girl!! I am so happy for you~Are you getting the nursery ready?? You don't need to worry about anything. You are in good hands. We suffered a miscarriage in Dec. :( But we are looking to try again real soon.
Don't read the internet anymore. It will only cause more anxiety. LOL I wish you all the best!! Again, congrats. Keep us posted. (((hugs))))~Bkitty
Having a girl first in our family :-) just reading everything got me a lil worked up today I hadnt thought to read up on any of this b4 simply due to. All the Dr's were so calm about it all an I've been wondering a lot lately what will happen to her as soon as she arrives
Yes everything is prescribed an I notified the obgyn an the pediatrition.. I've been on this for 5 yrs now an its been hard to come off of what I already have .... I just want everything to b ok
Hi and congratulations!!! Its just really important to work closely with your doctors and you can definatley have a healthy baby. Whatever you do don't just stop all this medication. If you and the doctor are comfortable slowly weaning down on some of the meds that is great. You will read all kinds of things on the internet and all that is going to do is stress you out more. Whats is most important is the communication between you and your doctor. That's all. Yes, the baby may have some withdrawal symptoms but they will be well prepared for it and your baby will get the proper medical care. Be kind to yourself and take care of yourself as you have been. You have been honest with the doctors so they will help you a lot thru this. Everything is going to be OK. Are you having a boy or a girl?? Keep us posted! ((((hugs))))
As long as you are honest with your Dr and the hospital staff then your baby will be cared for in an appropriate way. Withdrawl seems to be the largest danger in taking pain meds while pregnant and all babies handle it differently. I know it is scary and sad to think of your little one needing any intervention. Wishing you all the best with your little miracle!
Hi lulu. Keep on the same page with your MDs...your baby will be in a supervised medical setting when delivered and everyone will be there to welcome baby and help him/her along :) Don't have much medical info regarding babies and withdraw but just wanted to say hi and lend my support :) Are you getting all of your meds prescribed to you by your physician? Is your OB aware of all the meds?
