Anger, moody, I'm being a total b*tch

Day 7 off hydro's 10/325's I was popping about 12-15 a day. physical withdrawls almost gone, except for the chills and tiredness.  but I'm acting like a total b*tch toward everyone.  Can't seem to reach happiness today.  I'm angry all day long, I know I don't want anymore pills, I just cant seem to manage the everyday stresses of life.  Anyone know anything to take for mood (natural herbs)?

Today is my first day off pot, which I've been smoking daily for months now. Thank goodness I'm not working right now!

I just want to sleep . . . . but one can only sleep so much, hey? Any suggestion from those who've successfully quit the weed?

Best wishes to all of you!

I really like L-tyrosine for energy in the morning and then 5htp for evenings if I'm a real *****.  Those symptoms are the hardest to overcome.  I'm at 3 weeks and I've been exhausted the last two days but my mood is better.  Some days are good and some not so good, stay strong and think about the long term.  Being free from the chains of pills!!!  Good job day 7 was hell for me too...

Dark chocolate 70% cocoa has properties to help your mood. The lower cocoa amounts like in milk chocolate do not work as well and give too much sugar rush too.

Congrats on 7 days now. You came off quite a lot a day and it will take some time to feel better, it does not happen overnight. The energy is usually one of the last things to come. So much is happening in our brains and bodies the first month sometimes it can be overwhelming, so force yourself to go for a walk or get some exercise if you have to. As GTMI used to tell us here, eat some dark chocolate, maybe that will help, lol. A good sugar buzz:) Be patient, you will start to see a lot of positive changes soon.
