its day 3 and im doind great well as great as can as i can b..any advise should i get out today for a lil bit i have been in my house sinse wed night till right now??

if I were you i would definately try and get out and get some fresh air!! Maybe even a little exercise..(as much as you can handle) it certainly can't hurt and being in your house for days doesn't do the mind any good. Get out and try to appreciate the little things through clear eyes and mind! I think you'll be amazed at how much a little fresh air can do for your spirit!!! Keep it up your doing great
