withdrawals while clean

I've been off opiates for 30 days (yay!), but randomly I feel like I'm still having withdrawal symptoms. Not like the emotional PAW symptoms, but mainly chills & cold sweats. Has anyone else had this problem? Does it ever stop? Is it just in my head?

Knowing what to expect was helpful to me.   We have abused our internal systems and healing takes time.  Awesome job on thirty!  Way to go!

Hey there.  Congratulations on 30 days.  That is an amazing achievement!   I am now 52 days clean and I still experience hot and cold intolerances every now and then.  Two nights ago I had the restless leg symptoms that were as difficult to deal with as in the beginning of detox.   But none of it would ever make me turn back.  Again, great job!

You know....I was sweating well into my 3rd month...I thought it was weird b/c my 3rd month was March???  So should've been way cold but, nope, I was sweating like a pig. No matter how much deo I put on, it just wasn't helping.  So I think certain w/d symptoms can linger for awhile, just to give you a little quick dose of reality!  To remind you of what you've just been through, I think!  Keep moving forward, 30 days is awesome!

Sometimes it can take 6 months..or a year for all of the symptoms to go away. But congrats on 30 days. Way to go!!!!!
