Zero Alchohol Tolerance after 2 weeks of binge drinking

Hi There,

I'm 28 years old, usually not a heavy drinker but was on vacation and pushed the limits -- drank 10-12 drinks a night every single night for 2 weeks (that's right 14 days in a row). Got very little sleep and honestly didn't feel too bad.

However now after a few days of rest I had a single drink and immediately got a throbbing headache, felt very drunk (not in a good way) and felt a lot more disoriented and lethargic (instead of energized) while. Felt very tired and had a throbbing/piercing headache in specific parts of my head the next day. Not sure what is going on as I don't think my alchohol tolerance should suddenly go down.

Totally agree with ibizan

You probably scared the daylights out of Your poor body with that one drink - Your body (brain) thought OMGolly !!  is He going to assault me again like He did with that 2 week binge !!??

Listen to Your Body (brain) - it truly knows what good for it -and bad - it's our job to listen.

Its not that your alcohol tolerance is going down, your body is trying to tell you to NOT continue to drown it w/poison!If you continue to drink in this fashion, your body will let you know it doesn't like it!If you try to control your drinking and this continues to happen, then THIS should TELL you perhaps you should NOT put alcohol in your body!
