i have my second appiontment 2 day. . havent had a drink since mon.. blood test. an i no its going 2 be ok. the longest ive gone for three years. my freind an drinking partner died 4 weeks ago.. it was a slow painfull death. the day she died i said i would nt touch another drop, but i did the opposit. i miss her every day. .she was 45 an beautifull.. an should still be here not lying in the ground

laptop had a fault an i couldnt open my mail or speak to any one,..ive had to change my name its tigra1 ...hope youre all well ...missed speaking to you all... mostly when i cant sleep an i could go a wee vodka... it takes my mind off it

UMMMMMMMM....drool...fresh carrot cake!that b good stuff! i have a recipe for that heavenly concoction...haven't made in a long time!u b doin good boi......keep it goin!i have gre8tly cut my caffeine consumption.staff at work complain bout my coffee being able to strip paint offa the walls.Clients approach me and ask.......would u make me some of YOUR coffee?glad 2 oblige!

I don't drink coffee after 9 am, so that wasn't an issue and least of my concerns.  I ate some fresh carrot cake today made the proper way.  Is that OK??  Seriously I've lost 5 lbs in 12 days; not beer bloated and booze breath. Thermos, very good!
