You are probably allergic to the protein in eggs. Try Duck eggs , they are supposed to be different.
Hello again,
I'm glad you've decided to see your doctor so she can refer you to an allergist. I went to an allergist a number of years ago. That's how I found
out that I was extremely allergic to June grass, well actually the pollen
in June grass. I wish you well. Eve
Thanks for the comments. I think I will see my doctor and have her refer me to an Allergist. Then I will know for sure. :)
I am not sure if that is an allergy. Is stomach cramp and diarrhea considered as an allergic reaction? For me if you are having eggs mixed with milk then you might have lactose intolerance. You should go to a doctor and get check. As far as the chicken goes, your theory might be right, considering that many chicken today are fed or injected with hormones. I live in middle east and most of the meat here are coming from chickens.
Hello tideba,
I just finished reading your post. Prior to a year ago, did you get stomach
cramps and diarrhea after you ate eggs ? Allergies can develop virtually
overnight. It is quite possible that you are allergic to eggs. My suggestion
is the you make an appointment with your family doctor. Tell your doctor
what you've been experiencing and see what your doctor says. You
could ask your doctor for a referral to an allergist, so you can have an
allergist give you an allergy test and find out for sure. I'm just looking
over your comments. An idea occurred to me, scrambled eggs also have
milk in them. Egg salad sandwiches, one of my favorites, has mayonnaise
in them too. If the mayonnaise is off, that could cause the symptoms you
described i.e. stomach cramps and diarrhea. Hope you find these suggestions helpful. I wish you well. Eve
My boyfriend says he has a friend who is supposedly allergic to chicken, but did not react to organic chicken. So try organic eggs and see if there is a difference for you.
