I have constant breathing problem.
my heart starts to beat fast and i get weak and restless but it doest not get very severe.
when it happens i try to stay very calm or sleep.
Sometimes i shiver n feel nausea.
I do not know what triggers it.
One of my nostrill is always blocked.
i sigh alot
could it be asthma

It sounds like you could have asthma. You should see your doctor very soon to have this checked out.
Hi there, I would go get checked. You don't want to mess with Asthma if it is what you have. I'm not saying all the symptoms are related, some I have not ever had due to Asthma, but you will want to talk to your DR and let them know your symptoms and fears.
