Can I get a rash from my baby's breast milk spit-up?

I have developed hive-like bumps (which I've of course scratched until scabby) on my neck, shoulders, upper arms, and down my chest. At first I thought perhaps I was having an allergic reaction to a new allergen I was not aware I was sensitive to. Then it dawned on me that these are the areas on my person that my 4 month old most often drenches in spit up and leaves me little time or opportunity to thoroughly wash off with proper soap. Has anyone else experienced this?

I just googled this same question. I recently noticed I have been getting a rash on my neck, chest and arm. More prominetly right above my breasts. It looks like small hives. They itch. I thought maybe it was an insect bite. I even googled lupus...my husband reassures me its not that.

Today my one month old spit up on me and my neck has small little hives. I already have sensitive skin. She must of also had spit up around my pillow cause I also have some on the side of my face...

I have some ozonated olive oil. going to see if this clears up.

I have the same rash at the moment. My 3 mth old puked on me 30 mins ago which caused me to google baby vomit causing mom to get a rash. I have very sensitive skin but I am still surprised that I can get a rash from my baby. The burp cloth will surely be my best friend.
