Dental allergy

I have twice been tested for dental allergies. Both the blood test and patch test have come out negative for titanium.
My denturist had made me an all titanium partial before the tests which I reacted to.  I am still reacting to it. My allergist checked into a possible reaction with recent dental materials that have been used in my mouth (fillings, cement etc.) and says there is no interaction. Any suggestion as to why nothing is being picked up in the tests or what I can do to make the partial wearable?

Thanks for your reply.
The symptoms are a kind of numbness of my lips and tip of tongue within 5 minutes. (almost feels like lips are a  bit puffy) .
I haven't had a heavy metals toxicity test. Didn't know one was available. Is it a blood test?
