how do I find cause of my allergy?

5 years ago, I started to have itchy hands and feet, usually at night everyday. I noticed severe itching at just hands and feets with grilled food, especially one kind of grilled chicken. I checked with doctors, had prick test and blood test, but the allergy tests results for meat products came negative. I tried vegetarian for a while, but it didn't change the allergy condition in me. I have to use antihistamine on alternate days and cause of my allergy is still unknown. What should I do, how can I cure this allergy?
