Why is there tiny little hole like in my hands and fingers
Hi guys. I have had eczema for a really long time now and It has gotten really bad around my right hand and fingers before it starts getting really worse I get these little holes and you can’t see it unless you focus on it and look really closely. These holes feel likes I’m bleeding and it has a slight burn. They look like little circles. It happens only on the inside of my hand especially on my palm and Fingers. I really need help !!!
