yellowish smelly pellets

smelling, yellowish, pellets come from my throat from time to time. these pellets gives bad breath for 1-3 weeks and pellet automaticallly remove wth cough. for 2-4 weeks no bad smell and after tht it starts again.

please give me reasons and solution for this problem?

sounds like it's your tonsils. i did that for a long time and then i got sick and had to have them removed at 30 yrs of age. NOT FUN!
