Hey, I have been on Sertraline for last 9 years. If I miss a dose in the morning, I wait until lunchtime to take the next day's dose, then move back to mornings. So there is no need to worry. Many a times I have missed a dose. It is only a state of mind? do not brood over the matter too much. take care
Hi, Lynsee. I have been on Zoloft for 15 years. I also take it in the morning, and of course once in awhile, I forget. If I take it in the evening once, I wait until lunchtime to take the next day's dose, then move back to mornings. I have had no problems doing this. BUT if it gets close to bedtime before you remember it, skip that day's dose and resume in the morning. I have done this as well without any difficulties. You might benefit from having one of those 7-day med containers: that makes it easy to see what you're supposed to take, and if you forgot one as well. - Blu
It will be fine! No worries!
That being said, you have a pretty big window of when you take it. Try to take it at almost the same time every day, it will lead to more consistency in how you feel. Do whatever you have to do to remember, put your pill bottle by your coffee pot or toothbrush, somewhere it's VISIBLE to you sop you remember every day to take it at the same time.
