I experience headaches and blackouts everyday could it be related to anxiety?

I am a 22 year old female with anxiety I have no stress in my life but my doctor told me you do not need to have stress in your life to have anxiety. I have been recently having these black out feelings where my body feels like it's shutting down and like I am about to black out, It mostly happens to me when I am relaxing so I would normally jump up and go get a glass of water or try and keep my mind occupied. I've been to 3 GPs the first one thought it could be my iron because at that moment I was being tested for PCOS but it came back negative and I started taking iron supplements my iron went up but I still had the fainting feeling so that ruled out my iron. The next GP did blood tests on my thyroid and PCOS again and it came back clear again so that ruled that out, I have had an ECG as well and that seems healthy too. My blood pressure used to be low but that was because of my iron since my iron came up my blood pressure has been good as well. I suffer with headaches everyday since I was a child I went for scans but the doctors could find nothing wrong I booked another appointment to see a neurologist because the black outs are recent with the headaches and in my sleep I have been waking up but cannot move my body or speak but my mind is wide awake please if anyone has experienced this or knows what this is please help because it is really scary and I do not want to be taking all of this medication at such a young age.

Low blood pressure and blacking out and headaches might go together.  For example, migraine headaches are a vascular condition.  I'm not sure the GP is your best choice here -- you need a specialist to be sure, though I'm not sure if you need a heart specialist or a neurologist or both.

I went to the hospital they did an ECG and told me that there's nothing wrong with my heart my blood pressure is normal again since I got my iron up, the black out feelings are still there unfortunately so I'm waiting for a neurologist to do scans
