hi, anxiety induces very bad panic attacks at times and its takes days to get over that episode. i am 40 odd year old..been thru very had situations and still going thru some..i get panic attacks very quick and for small reasons as well. sometimes they are so bad that i almost feel as if i am going to have an heart attack now..i had all medical tests done including stress echo which all came normal. i have no control over these attacks and i loose myself completely and i hate it. i do 30 mints daily fast walk/jog in between.i have fear of heart beat racing away(this has happened twice in last 7 years once heart rate was very excessive and it didnt come in control for couple of hours then another again took couple of hours to normalise)and not staying in control..thats one of my biggest fears even though my TMT/Stress echo was very normal ..the test were done in Feb this year. i want to get out of this mess. taking all kinds of meds doesnt help in getting it cleared up..lonazep,ezeepam etc are in use as SOS or daily morning and maybe evenings as well. any other way to help control bad panick attacks??
