but the doctor it's normal but you still worry in your hear??

This is an extremely common manifestation of anxiety disorders. So many people are going through the very same thoughts and feelings. I'm sorry you're so stressed and worried. Focus on treating the anxiety. You're not doing much living when you're always worried about dying. Good luck to you.
