i suffer with anxiety and panic disorder, one thing that triggers panic in me is being on a plane, esp when turbulence hits. so half hour before take off i take 1mg of clonazepam and that keeps me level headed for the duration of the flight. talk to your doctor about it they can help!

There are many things you can do to confront your anxiety in my opinion.  I travel a lot for work and have a few co workers that really do not like to fly.  One is prescribed some anti-anxiety medication while another actually goes to counseling for a couple phobias to include her fear of flying.
