Hiya there, well i too suffer from the burning pain in the souls of my feet and my left hand when i have had a panic attack, the pain feels like someone poking red hot needles into my skin, not nice and can last for hours or days.  I believe this is neuropathy (if spelt right) means nerve damage. Some medications can cause it, diabetics get it and people with anxiety and nerve disorders can suffer as well.  As for treatment, you really should chat to ur doc regarding this as they may want to run some simple tests just to rule out any underlying condition.

As for the smell, well us as individuals when we smell a smell on a daily basis our nose becomes adapted to that smell so we dont actually smell it anymore, although someone else who comes into contact with you will smell it, but you have no idea.  Also if you eat a lot of strong smelling foods like Onions or Garlic, thy will seap through your skin causing a strong smell but again you will proberly not notice.  I have more than once had a binge on an Indian ( a curry not an actually Indian...lol) for a few days only to be told i stink of madras and bombay potato....  Yep get a close friend to give you the sniff test and see what they say....

Also, before i go, maybe buy a strong fabric condtioner for your clothes such a comfort or Lenor as this will add a very sweet, pleasant smell to ur clothes that may mask any smell that is being produced if one is.  Good-luck!!

Never heard of anxiety creating an excess of body odor except, perhaps, during an actual anxiety attack. I know during a panic attack, I will sometimes sweat.
Some people do have a stonger "body odor" than most, even if they are fastidious about bathing. I know there's even a name for it, which escapes me presently. Have a very good friend give you a "sniff test" and see what they say. It could just be your imagination that people are finding you smelly. If your friend does say you don't smell so real nice, you may want to speak to your doctor.
As for the burning, I don't know what to say about that, but I have included a link where many people are talking about this issue.
Peace
