Anxiety disorder, pungent armpit smell

I am male, 32 and have been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and hyperhidrosis (sweaty hands). After some regular time like 2,3 weeks my armpit smell suddenly changes to a very pungent smell. it is not typical sweat smell, It does not go by taking a bath or by perfumes. Then it goes away automatically after 4,5 days. The smell goes in a couple of days if I do excessive physical activity (gym etc.). This has been happening since I matured (age 18), before it was normal, I got hyperhidrosis since birth and developed anxiety disorder when I get mature. Its a very big social hurdle and agitates my anxiety more. I am now using deodorant roll-on but its also useless. I have consulted doctor few times and have my body tests(liver, CBC etc.) but all these tests are normal, I am living a very abnormal life with anxiety and sweating smell. Any doctor who can tell me what can be possible reason. I think it is due to some hormonal imbalance.  and how can I get it diagnosed??

Did your doctor test you for diabetes or an infection?  You can ask your doctor for prescription deodorant. Also you can use a little rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball to remove the smell. The smell may be coming from something you ate.

Did the doctors agree that the odor is pungent? It seems odd that a bath doesn't wash it away.
