Anxiety disorder

Hi,

I am 32 years old, female.I am very anxious person.I used to be anxious before big events.I was working reviously.I left my job before 1 year to come with my husband to US.I have 3 years old kid.I started searching a job in US also. Now suddenly I faced anxiety disorder which did not let me sleep for 2 weeks. When I came to know the facts about anxiety disorder I tried to control my depressive moods and anxiety by using some techniques like breathing deeply.I went to my friends place for a week and I was getting sleep there. When I came back to my place again I had anxiety,Now I am getting moderate sleep. However if there is any change in my schedule my anxiety is increasing.I am worrying about small things.I am worrying about sleep,my health and many things.I have not been to any doctor. I am not taking any pills also. Please advise me on the same.
Thank you in advance!

There are somethings you can do:  start trying to eat better and eliminate sugar and junk food.  I know it sounds simple but it may help.  There are some natural suppliments you can try like Panicyl or Amino Acids but if you don't feel like you can deal with then please make a doctor's appointment.  I have anxiety and right now I am also having sleeping problems so I understand how you feel.  A trick my nurse friend told me was to eat a banana (magnesium and potassium) in plain yogurt with a teaspoon of honey two hours before you want to go to sleep.  It can't hurt to try!

I have stress and anxiety.  I do take some meds but the side affects are sometimes worse then the problem.  I find walking and getting outside help me the best.  The worst is when I stay in bed or sit and watch TV.  My mind just heads the wrong direction.  If I go outside and do something constructive I don't have time to worry.
