Possibly cat scratch

Hello, I have very severe OCD and anxiety and worried that cat scratch me . when going to the trashbin to throw garbage generally there are street cats around. I didn't pay attention is it possible that a street cat scratch me and I didn't noticed while throwing the garbage in the trashbin it's big container trashbin I didn't pay attention if there's some cat in the trashbin. When got home noticed very small wound but I didn't feel anything on throwing the trashbin or seeing any cats around but what if I didn't notice also didn't hear cats or something moving. I'll it doesn't seem like a scratch but I'm still worrying. Yesterday on the table there's like very small nails where maybe got this wound. I didn't feel anything. When I noticed the would it feel very very slightly. I'm a grown man and fully aware well it was in morning so I was sleepy so not as alert. I have very bad severe OCD anxiety maybe my thoughts sound too worrying but I feel like that please answer me. The wound is reddish color and there's a bit red around the area. The wound is 0.1 millimeters wide and looks like was poked by needle it doesn't look like scratch but how can I be sure? It's only one so I guess no bite and also it's very unlikely for cat to bite me and I to not notice??? Thank you and please understand I have severe anxiety.

Since you know you have anxiety and ocd, we won't even talk about the actual fear and try to 'solve' that for you. Do you know that every time you ask for and get reassurance through things like writing here, researching, asking others you know? You reinforce the anxiety to come back stronger over and over. So, what do you do to treat your anxiety/ocd disorder. Let's talk about that? THAT might actually help you.
