These are questions you didn't answer. It helps to know more about you.

what did they say about it? Is it something that just happened to flare up and is supposed to go away? Am I correct to assume that when you were at ENT they reviewed your body aches etc, not just your head pains?

Hi, they told me about my sinuses on Thursday last week... I worry all the time.. I can't get to sleep fine but I wake up between 4-5 every single morning... It's just the tight head and feeling giddy what really bothers me! I honestly don't know how I can cope with it, I am not on any meds for it, I am having cbt but none of it makes sense to me! I have tryed hypnotherapy and that really is not working very well. I just want to feel like a human being again not a nervous wreck.. But that's what I don't understand I'm not nervous bout anything! I just get nervous if that makes sense? They is no trigger for me I'll of my symptoms just comes and goes as they please and I have no idea how to stop them x

How long ago did they say the sinuses were inflamed and what did they say about it? Is it something that just happened to flare up and is supposed to go away?
Otherwise your symptoms can be caused by anxiety. Perhaps you are over-analyzing every twitch, ouch and heat sensation because you are looking for clues to a mystery disease that doesn't exist. The more you search and worry about each ouch the more anxiety likes to bite you with fear. Am I correct to assume that when you were at ENT they reviewed your body aches etc, not just your head pains?
The secret to peace is not worrying and the pains will likely go away. Perhaps it is not easy to do but many people have been able to by using techniques like therapy or even meds as a last resort. Write back.

Anxiety can literally cause every thing you just listed and many more.  My whole body used to ache, and in my head I ran through many, many, different medical issues I must have.  All ended up being anxiety.  Have you been to a doctor to talk about your muscle aches?  I would do this, they can rule anything out, and you can conclude that it is likely due to your anxiety/stress.  Stress can cause us to tense our muscles without us even noticing it, I still do it to this day. Tight head is another common problem with anxiety/stress, along with pounding heart. Anxiety also causes us to notice and pay a great deal attention to all of these symptoms! If it would make you feel better go to a doctor just to get checked out. But, yes anxiety can cause everything you listed.
