22yrs old abnormal EKG, high bp(hypertension) please help

I'm concerned I've had an EKG done at the doctors office and said it was abnormal and referred me to a cardiologist....im 22 yrs old and active I've had an EKG done a month ago and it was abnormal said showed thickness ( but he didn't seemed too concerned), I've had high Bp for a couple of months. Currently 160/85 resting...I'm visiting a doc this week to find a good Bp med for me and get this down hopefully...I had an echocardiogram, stress test, blood work done as well said all was good. He didn't prescribe me meds then cause he though my Bp was stress but I'm going back to tell him its not gone down. Should I be worried? Can I exercise like this? How long do I have to get this Bp down? Ps: very concerned thanks for reading hope for a reply!

Seen the doc today said I had a small leaky valve that the heart echo picked up and my heart contracts at 50% which is good 40 is normal said all was normal. Not to worry about the leaky valve said it was small and normal?...said all else was good.

Well, the test results still were good, which is what matters.  I think asking for a referral to a cardio is a good idea, to put your mind more at ease.

Abnormal EKG and heart rate gets as low as 45 with high blood pressure but as I stayed before my family doc has did an EKG (showed thickness had little concern) then echo and stress test was all good. What should I do?

If all of those tests were good, and your cardiologist is not concerned, then there is no reason to be overly concerned.  You're following up with the doc and are going to address the BP, that's the right thing to do.

You are overly focused on this (just from reading your posts here), and anxiety will cause the BP and pulse to go up, which will cause more anxiety.  Do what you can to try to keep your mind off of it as much as possible.  You're under the care of a cardiologist, and if there was something to be worrying about, he would have told you that.

Hang in there.
