4 mg xanax at a single dose
can i take 4mg xanax at asingle dose ? my dr didnt prescribe the 4mg at once but i had severe insomnia so i took them in a single dose is this dangerous?
How long ago did you take it? Chances are you will be fine but never do it again. there are lots of things that can help with sleep.
You need to take your medication exactly as your doctor prescribed, that means you take it WHEN he prescribed you to take it and in the DOSAGE he prescribed. If you are having problems sleeping, discuss that with your doctor. Self-medicating can not only be dangerous, it can be lethal.
