I want to join you in welcoming you to the forum!  This is a great place to talk about your experiences, concerns and questions.  The shared experiences and different viewpoints in dealing with anxiety here can be a big help in confronting and dealing with anxiety.  As greenlydia said, tell us a little bit more about you have been going through, if you want to or you can private message anybody here if you want to discuss anything in private.

I am glad that you decided to come to this community...keep us posted!  And ask as many questions as you like.

Along with Rich, I'd like to welcome you to our forum. You've definitely come to the right place as all of us here have, or are in the process, of dealing with anxiety/panic/PTSD/agoraphobia and other related issues.
As Rich said, it would be really helpful if you could sort of fill in your story with some details of your journey so far. Any meds or therapies you've tried, what has worked and what hasn't, if you're also dealing with depression, how badly is this affecting your ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) if you have any idea what triggered your original panic episode.

If you wish to talk to any of us in private, just place your mouse over our name and a box will drop down with some choices. Click on "Private Message" then just follow the steps. Only you and the person you've written to will be able to see that post.

We will be watching for your next post which you can just add on to this one rather than open a new one. That way the continuity is intact.

Peace
Greenlydia

Welcome,   you've done the right thing by starting a new thread for yourself.     Try to offer more background and specific information about the types of drugs (if any) your doctor has prescribed,  the dosage,  how long you've been on them,  etc.    Offer information on your day to day life and how you're managing to carry out responsibilities.    Also try to explain what your goal is in the long run.
