I know what you mean. I'm pretty sure I caught it because literally everyone had it and I'm certainly showing the symptomology. It's just hard for the mind I think to differentiate between actually being sick or it being the manifestation of our thoughts and anxiety. Our minds can certainly make things worse exp an anxious one. Knowing myself it brings up bad memories of times of severe anxiety that physically kicked my butt . I guess no matter how hard it is you have to train the mind to feel better.
I was wondering about this too. My sister caught some sort of bug a few days ago and was throwing up. Ever since then I've been feeling nauseous but haven't thrown up or anything. By this point I'm assuming it was anxiety all along and I wasn't catching anything because she is all better and I haven't got any worse. The anxiety and nauseous feeling still lingers some though.
I am familiar with the sensation however during times of bad bad anxiety I've had in the past with the most recent April of this yr I was extremly nauseous, dry heaved etc.. Just worried of heading done same path.
Hi. It depends on if you experience anxiety attacks everyday & know the sensation. Do you have a Pdoc? Do you take meds? Pamela
