Constant Heart Palpitations???

So, I think I've posted at least three other questions on heart palpitations in just the short time that I've been here. But asking questions and having people answer is really soothing, so I'm going to ask away again. Well I've had terrible anxiety for the past two months now. I have many symptoms, really bad chest pain/tightness, trouble breathing, dizziness, etc. But one of my absolute worst symptoms, are my heart palpitations. I get them pretty much 24/7. I've had a chest x-ray, EKG, and blood work done. Everything came back normal (well, the blood work results aren't back from the lab yet but lets say they are normal too). Anyway, I have heart palpitations everyday, 24/7. There are the absolute worst when I wake up in the morning; I barely roll over to see what time it is and my heart races. It makes me crazy!!! I just want to lie in bed cause I'm scared to move yet laying down I can feel them so much more so I end up getting up. I pretty much always have my shirt up with my hand placed over my heart, right under my left breast so I can see how fast my hearts beating. Sometimes I don't even realize I'm doing it. Well, its always beating too fast. I can be watching TV and get up to get a snack and BOOM, there they go racing just from getting up off the couch. I used to exercise so much more, but now that my heart races from barely walking a couple steps, I'm scared to exercise. I always feel like my heart is going to explode or stop beating from working too hard. Even when I'm completely relaxed I get palpitations. I'm even scared to go out shopping now cause I feel like it will work my heart too much. I'm only 17 and I've been told I'm too young for heart problems, but I'm still being tested just to make sure. Is it common with anxiety sufferers to have heart palpitations all day/week long? And does anyone else constantly feel their heart beating fast from the slightest of movement? And do any of you get them while relaxing, like just watching TV? And lastly, if my palpitations aren't a heart or thyroid problem, just something caused by anxiety, are they dangerous? Cause they certainly feel like they are! If anyone could please give me some advice or share their heart palpitation experiences with me, it would be much appreciated!!! Thanks!

I have been going through the same it's only 20 and can't take it I've had 3 Ecg all come back normal but I can't get my head round it. I've had palpitations for about 3 weeks all day every day and I'm so scared something is going to happen. I feel like I'm the only person this is happening to and fed up with people telling me it's just anxiety how can't anxiety cause all of this?!
I understand you totally, I'm a mum of 3 & 37 years old, I went from only having palps sometimes to most days now, they became worse 2 months after having my 3rd baby & it's been going on for a year now, I've had many tests all normal, this is just my opinion but it has to be hormone related as the 7 days or so before my period they are the worst & so is the anxiety, I'm afraid to drive, go to the shops, be alone etc, it's hard sometimes

I'm 40 years old had the same symptoms on and off since I was 15. It's definitely not easy to live with but have you tried taking some vitamin D as I found out mine was low and took some vitamin D daily for 3 months and definitely helped with my palpitations. Good luck and don't let it beat you.
My heart palps were the same as yours....my doc gave me a medication to take daily and they have totally went away. Have you tried anything?
Commonly we are lead to believe that heart palpitations must be the result of something wrong with the heart (which yes sometimes it definetly is). The next is that it is the result of some mental/emotional/psychological problem (which yea sometimes itndefinetly is). On the contrary, mental/emotional/psychological problems can be the result of (and not the cause of) some other physical problem within the body usually pertaining to inflammation. Gut health is a great place to start. Get tested for bacterial/yeast/parasite infections as well as leaky gut. If you have gut issues, your body will certainly be not working properly and all sorts of mental (anxiety, depression, etc.) and physical (heart palpitations, dry mouth, etc.) symptoms will arise. Get with a good functional medicine doctor. You can even find one online and have skype consultations which may be better because you then have the ability to work with some of the best functional medicine doctors in the business. The gut is a great place to start especially with all of the crummy food we eat filled with pesticides and chemicals.

I'm a 16 year old male, I noticed pulpitations last year during the winter. I play soccer from Spring -> Fall and when that started all my symptoms besides indigestion faded. My high school soccer has a conditioning week in the summer and after the week I had chest pain for the whole following Saturday. That was the only returning symptom until about 2 weeks ago, which is about 2 weeks after the season ended. I started researching through various websites and found my results freightening. I went to the doctor about 2 weeks ago and my results still haven't returned from my ekg and I'm worried cus I only wore a heart monitor for 1 day and had very few symptoms in that time, now I'm having what ;ve researched to be heart attack symptoms (unexplained upper body pain such as sore arms/neck) I'm hoping for the best right now I feel like I'm too young to have heart disease but the symptoms point to it.
