If you feel you no longer need to be on it or would prefer not to be on it you should consult your doctor, the dosage you are on should not be physically dangerous to stop (hypothetically) but you never know. There is also the question of will it be dangerous for you not to be taking medication treating what I assume is anxiety?

If you stop an benzodiazepine abruptly it can be dangerous for those susceptible to convulsions, BUT you are at a lower dose and have not been on it that long. You can consult with your physician for proper cutting, but they will probably just have you halve it and cut down within a few weeks. If you find yourself having pretty bad withdrawal symptoms you can always ween off very slowly to reduce the risk of withdrawal, but I think at that dose and time on your doctor will have you off pretty quickly.
