Fatigue and more fatigue

I took one week of cymbalta at 30 mg and 4 days ago I started the 60 mg. The past two days after work I have been so tired I had to come home and lay down for and hour or two. This fatigue is making my anxiety levels rise because once again I am thinking that there may be something the doctor missed because i feel soooooooooooo tired.  Is this just adjusting to the medication?

I have struggled with fatigue for years, and the one thing that has helped me the most is a medication called Nuvigil.  I have sleep apnea and depression and anxiety.  I was put on Seroquel and Lexapro.  These last two helped lessen the depression and anxiety but made my sleepiness and fatigue much worse.  Also, I was putting on a lot of weight due to a strong craving for sweets every afternoon.
My psychiatrist had told me if the fatigue got really bad I could cut the Lexapro in half, from 10mg to 5.  I just started doing this 2 days ago.  Yes I have gotten some light dizziness and headache, but I physically already have more energy.  I've heard the Omega3 oils will help my withdrawal and plan to take them.
I've never been on the Nuvigil without the Lexapro, but I plan to try.  Not even coffee will wake me up. If Nuvigil can keep the fatigue away and keep me alert and focused, I'll take it. I'm hoping it will also help me get through these Lexapro withdrawals.

Fatigue is a common side-effect of a lot of these medications. Luckily, it is usually just temporary. The fatigue should subside in a week or two as your body adjusts to the increased dose. If you still feel very fatigued after that time, you should speak to your doctor.
